Samprada is sanskrit for surrender. It's about the art of knowing when to let go and when to step forward. It's about embracing and allowing that which is innate in you - so that you can wholeheartedly give of yourself to the world. It's about balance, love, joy and flow.
This 28 day online program is about the meeting place of selfcare, selflove and service. It's about allowing your joy and embracing your passions. It's about less push and more flow... In other words it's about making space for you, and sustainably and joyfully sharing of yourself and your love with the world.
We've kept things nice and simple, because we believe selfcare isn't something that has to take all day. We believe it's a way of being.
Who we are
Who we are
Samprada Selfcare is our passion project and co-creation.
We both have a deep love for movement, meditation, inspiring words, and the magic of the mind-body connection. We're both on a mission to live more of our passions and allow more of our joy - and Samprada Selfcare is our way of sharing the journey with others.
Shayne is a yoga instructor with that amazing ability to calm a room full of people with her voice alone. Uschi is a wellness coach and dance facilitator with an astounding ability to energise a room with her smile alone.
We both love nature, adventure, inspirational authors and creating safe spaces for people to connect. (We're both closet writers and regularly dance around the living room too.) We grew up in the same Australian country town, moved away, travelled, followed our hearts, then bumped back into each other in our little hometown and co-founded Samprada Selfcare.
What would happen if you were to allow your joy and passion in life? What happens if you allow yourself to just be you? What happens if you stop trying so hard and just let what is innate in you naturally arise.
From that place we believe we encounter our greatest gifts and the things that arise as our greatest offerings to the world. Samprada Selfcare is about balanced action and giving in the world, which grows from our selfcare, joy and passion.
We think it's the sort of thing that can change each of our lives. And who knows, might even change the world!
