Through thai yoga massage, yoga and pilates, and facilitated dance I support clients to build confidence, freedom and balance in their bodies and lives.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai yoga massage is a full-body treatment incorporating massage and facilitated movement. Sessions also incorporate work on the meridians (energy channels) of the body and are highly effective for fascial release.

Treatments are done on the floor, fully clothed enabling the practitioner to use hands, feet, elbows and integrated, full-body movements to provide safe and nourishing release and relaxation for the receiver.

Sessions run for 1.5 - 2.5 hrs and are a full-body toe-to-head treatment. (Sessions shorter than 1 hour are not available, as thai massage is a holistic system that treats the whole body, rather than sections.)

Prices

  • 1.5 hours - $120

  • 2 hours - $150

  • 2.5 hours - $190

Mindful movement to increase strength, flexibility, balance and confidence - both physically and mentally. 

Offering group, small group and one-on-one yoga and pilates sessions in the Vancouver-Whistler region and on Vancouver Island. Sessions can be tailored to suit any level of fitness and ability. You already have all you need to begin!


 

Public yoga classes

A strong and grounded vinyasa practice, combining pilates stabilisation principles, breath and meditation. A place to connect, breathe, move, explore, play - and come home to your body and your environment.

Suitable for both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners.

Regular (weekly) yoga and pilates classes currently on hold. Stay tuned for pop-up classes.

 

Private and small group classes

One on one sessions or small group classes (2-4 people) tailored to your needs.

Sessions are tailored to your body, your passions, your vision and your goals. Classes can incorporate sport-specific or rehab-specific exercises, as well as meditation, pranayama (breathing) and minfulness. 

1-2 people - $85/hr |   3-4 people - $100/hr

Conscious dance workshops and classes

Conscious dance classes and workshops unleash creativity, expression, courage and insight through human movement. Dance classes run as stand-alone events or part of conferences, retreats, training events, innovation labs or festivals. 

There are no set steps in these classes. And you can't do it wrong. You're free to move in your own way - free to express every facet of yourself. You'll learn about yourself; you'll unearth gifts, shift doubts and rewrite old patterns; and you'll discover your innate creativity and sense of self. All while dancing to awesome tunes!
