BEAUTIFUL BOUNDARIES in life are the key to caring for yourself, finding greater balance and creating nourishing relationships.
Join us for a day of hiking, reflection, mindful movement and conversation as we explore our own 'Beautiful Boundaries' - what they feel like in our lives; and how to express them and honour them.
TICKETS AVAILABLE BY CLICKING HERE . We have limited space as we want to keep this one intimate.
WHY EXPLORE OUR BOUNDARIES?
Our individual boundaries are what enable us to make space for our needs and the things we want in life. They're essential to self-care, health, your vitality, your pleasure, strong relationships and a joyful, balanced life.
Boundaries are the thing that enables us to honour our 'yes' by expressing our 'no'. Without them we can feel exhausted and depleted; we can lose our sense of self, our relationships can suffer and joy can seemingly vanish from life.
Through time in nature, movement, reflection and conversation we'll be exploring practical tools to:
sense your boundaries (in a body-based way)
build the capacity to come back to your centre and feel more calm and connected; and
express and honour your boundaries.
By the end of the day you'll have tools and practices to centre yourself and feel more empowered in your life and relationships.
WHAT THE DAY INCLUDES
Our day will include a walk along the Delatite River, a swim for those who are keen, light lunch, conversation and movement-based activities that help us to sense and express our boundaries in a playful yet practical way.
It's one thing to talk about concepts like 'boundaries', feeling 'centred' and feeling 'strong', and it's another thing entirely to feel them, express them and embody them.
When we move and play we combine the power of our minds with the intelligence of our bodies. Through movement and dialogue we begin to re-pattern our ways of being in powerful (and fun) ways - both from the brain down to the body; and from the body up to the brain.
That's what this Women Out Wild day is all about!
